Refund policy

Returns At SnapCool, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and replacement policy. You can request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Replacements If you receive a defective or damaged product, we offer a free replacement. Simply contact our support team within the 1-day window with proof of damage , and we will dispatch a new product to you. Note- Product Video is mandatory for this.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, since the original payment method is cash, refunds cannot be processed directly back to it. Our support team will request your preferred Bank Account details or UPI ID to manually initiate the refund transfer.
